You don’t get injured from CrossFit. You get injuries from poor movement quality, mobility restrictions, poor coaching and crap programming! Lots of ppl come to CrossFit gyms having worked out at LA fitness style gyms with personal trainers who don’t know what a foam roller is or on their own with zero guidance. As a results they ALREADY display poor movement patterns, mobility issues and show no sign of previous coaching when they walk into a CrossFit gym. Most of thess ppl have injuries from sports, excessive running and shitty technique ALREADY! Yes, if you go to a CrossFit gym and you get worse that’s bad but CrossFit didn’t injure you. That gym just wasn’t educated or didn’t have the coaching staff to help you train safely. Find a better gym!
